What submitting means
Sending an invoice, call or scope request sends your service configuration, preliminary estimate and business contact details to the site’s request storage for Eivrax’s review. It does not place an order, accept a service contract, issue an invoice or authorize payment.
The required acknowledgment confirms that you understand the estimate is preliminary. Final scope, pricing, timing and terms require Eivrax’s confirmation before agreement.
Estimate and engagement
The calculator uses the displayed research, enrichment, management, audience and minimum scope charges. Recurring estimates use prepaid three-month billing periods; the initial payment is three times the monthly scope price. The selected contract term is separate from the billing interval. One-time estimates cover one defined project.
Precision research starts at $20/contact. Written criteria, qualification evidence, data availability and delivery preferences require scope review and may affect final pricing. No automatic term or volume discount applies.
Confirm before work begins
Delivery format, transfer method, start date, deadlines, verification standards, replacements, acceptance criteria, support, renewal, cancellation, refunds and other service terms must be agreed in the formal proposal. These review terms do not establish those commitments.
Researched contacts against agreed criteria are the service. Replies, meetings, sales and conversions are not guaranteed. Eivrax reviews the request before issuing a formal proposal; an invoice follows agreement.
