These are the current scope assumptions. Items marked Requires confirmation must be agreed before deployment; they are not guarantees made by this calculator.
Security and data handling
The review form stores your business contact details, configuration and estimate for review. Do not include passwords, confidential employee records or participant data in your brief.
Requires confirmation: hosting/data location, access controls, retention and deletion, data-processing terms, subprocessors and any security or certification requirements. No specific compliance certification or security service level is promised here.
Implementation and delivery
Licensed implementation prepares an existing experience for the agreed organization, content and configuration. Participant accounts/login, saved progress, completion tracking, basic results and standard analytics are baseline licensed functionality. Custom simulations commission a separate new simulation.
Requires confirmation: launch date, milestones, customer inputs, acceptance criteria, reporting measures and integration feasibility. Estimates exclude unknown technical work and are confirmed before invoicing.
Access, support and ownership
Use is non-exclusive within the agreed audience, capacity and usage rights. Oryva retains its underlying engines and architecture; exclusivity and expanded commercial rights require separate scope.
Requires confirmation: onboarding, maintenance responsibilities, support channels/hours, incident response, availability commitments and change-request handling.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
For Licensed Experiences, the initial estimate is one-time implementation plus three monthly license payments. Ongoing monthly pricing and annualized license value are separate; annualized value is not an amount due at launch. Custom Simulation estimates use their separately displayed deployment model.
Requires confirmation: payment schedule, minimum term beyond the initial period, renewal method, notice periods, cancellation, refunds and price changes. Submitting a review request does not establish these terms or issue an invoice.
Participant capacity and overages
Licensed capacity counts unique individuals accessing the experience during a 12-month period. Replays by the same person do not use another participant allocation. Capacity above 25,000 and commercial/resale rights require enterprise licensing review.
Requires confirmation: capacity reset dates, additional-capacity pricing, overage handling and whether access is limited when capacity is reached. No automatic overage charge or unlimited usage is promised.
