What the calculator stores
While you configure a plan, your service selection, audience, requirements, delivery preferences, business contact details and progress are stored in session storage in this browser. This draft is not a submitted request. The browser may clear it when the session ends.
When you submit successfully, the site stores your brief, calculated estimate, name, business name, work email, role, optional phone, acknowledgment, request reference supplied billing details and call availability, preferred next step, review flags, version information and submission time in its request database for review. A confirmation screen appears only after the server returns a saved record.
The browser draft is removed after a successful request. Downloading the saved brief creates a file on your device. This flow does not process card details or take payment; saving a request does not confirm that an email was sent.
Use only necessary business information
Provide the business information needed to explain your sourcing requirements and contact you about the scope. Do not include passwords, confidential personal records or sensitive personal data in your brief.
Terms requiring confirmation
Retention periods, deletion and access-request procedures, hosting/data location, authorized access, service providers, lawful-use requirements, international transfers and any applicable data-processing agreement have not been specified in this calculator. Confirm these requirements with Eivrax during scope review. No specific security certification is represented here.
